My name is Patrick Bastings and I am a 43-year-old adult LEGO fan (AFOL) from the Netherlands. You may also know me by the name lego2000. 

I have been a huge LEGO fan since childhood. I received my first LEGO set when I was six. When I was eight, I started building my own LEGO creations (MOCs) and my first LEGO City set.

Nowadays, I collect everything to do with the LEGO brand.

LEGO City now covers an area of 34 square metres and consists of 124 fully furnished modular LEGO buildings.

I have had so much fun with LEGO bricks and the LEGO brand that I would love to share that with all other LEGO fans.
