LEGO City Carlo's Coffee Tower

This is the LEGO City Carlo's Coffee Tower  from my private LEGO City. The building has four floors. The ground floor and first floor only contain the elevator. The third and fourth floors houses Carlo's Coffee above the train tracks. It is situated between the train tracks. It is only accessible via LEGO City Grand Central Station.
