LEGO City Expo Tower
This is the LEGO City Expo Tower from my private LEGO City. There’s also an outdoor playground for the kids. The building has seventeen floors. It’s the tallest building in the LEGO City.
The entrance to the apartments at the top is on the ground floor. There’s also a burger restaurant, a flower shop, an ice cream shop, and a wine shop called Vino.
From the first through the fourth floor, there are three apartments per floor. The fifth floor has an outdoor terrace shared by all apartments, and there are two apartments.
From the sixth through the ninth floors, there are two apartments per floor. The tenth floor has one apartment with its own balcony.
The eleventh through fifteenth floors each have one apartment.
The sixteenth floor houses the heating and ventilation systems and the solar panels. The seventeenth floor houses the elevator shaft and the technical equipment.
It is located next to a fishing pond and the LEGO City Bank Apartments.
